How to change this photo (black & white) into a beautiful colour picture?
Hey Paul,
I am posting the restoring image stuff here as you requested.
Restoring old photos it's not just about making the faces smooth. Often there are cracks or missing parts of the photo that will need to be AI filled and look good so they won't stand out.
Some other things will be:
Removal of grain
Change overall color saturation. A lot of old photos have strange color saturation.
Restoration of body parts if the photo is damaged etc.
Another thing to consider is the colorization of old images but that might be better as a different effect on its own.
Not bad, we also need enhancements on today's images to be creative. Some would like to have the features, new today photos or images created as old photos or images. Along with these changes to be added that we can dress our characters according to clothing and add extra gadgets, etc while busy with the photos or images.
These are good images to be fixed. I have one also from a customer that's been torn a quarter into the image. bad other sectors of the image as well. Back in the olden days when I developed photos, I made good money fixing old damaged photos. I am an artist as well, after fixing it with color mixing and a thin paintbrush, glossing it with steam. you would never see the repairs done. Artwork is one of the multiple blessings I received. WAUW nowadays we can fix damaged artwork via using technology. This feature I believe is a must for serious artists. They will fall in love with your add-on high-tech from day one. Yes, we need it, I need it to be able to fix the full image or photo we placed into Artistly. Very important, the only thing is going back to an acceptable size to load into the Atistly platform.
