Search functionality in our Personal Designs tab is important. Many of us may not have as much interest in the designing categories as others laid out in the public Community Designs department. We then for this matter need to have the ability to choose which topics or themes we want to implement in our Personal Designs department. Our choice of layout in our Personal Designs department helps to declutter our Personal Designs department. This way some will have fewer topics or themes than others. Some of us will have a large topic or theme layout of folders, high-skilled designers, or those who do business as designers. Something crucially important is customer-based folders for designers. We need this capability to create and place our customer's folders in our Personal Designs department. This customer-based folder will be an additional type of folder we can then create as designers in our Personal Designs department.
When the "Tag" app is active, and being used alongside the search functionality, it will bring ease of mind having a search functionality in the "Personal Desins" portfolio. This I think is a must and will be a very useful function. Being able to send someone quickly to a specific image of choice or request by another member, or even for yourself searching for a specific image, maybe in a dropdown scale. It will truly enhance our search for a specific image.
Hey, Alrick seems to know what he's talking about, he's on everyone that I've clicked on. He could be a good addition to your Team Paul.
The search functionality tab in the personal designs tab of artistly.ai software can aim to provide users with an efficient way to find specific designs and templates from their collections. It can be designed to enhance the user experience, making it easy to locate and utilize desired designs effectively.
Functionality and Features:
Search Bar: A prominently displayed search bar at the top of the tab allows users to enter keywords, tags, or even colors to narrow down their search. This feature enables quick access to specific design types or themes.
Filter Options: Alongside the search bar, filter options can be provided to refine search results further. Users can filter designs based on categories, styles, formats, or even creation dates. These filters enhance the search experience and enable users to explore their design collection in a more organized manner.
Thumbnail View: The search results are displayed in a thumbnail view, presenting each design as a visually appealing image. These thumbnail images aid in identifying desired designs quickly.
Design Preview: Upon clicking on a thumbnail, a design preview window opens, showcasing a larger view of the selected design. This allows users to assess the design before proceeding with any modifications or downloads.
Tags and Information: Each design in the search results is accompanied by relevant tags and additional information, such as creation date and file format. These details assist users in making informed decisions when searching for specific designs.
Personal Use Case Layout:
The personal use case layout of the search functionality tab can prioritize simplicity and ease of use. The layout can consist of the following components:
Search Bar: A prominent search bar is positioned at the top, with an intuitive placeholder that guides users to enter their keywords, tags, or colors.
Filter Sidebar: A compact sidebar on the left displays available filters, such as categories, styles, and formats. Users can easily toggle these filters to refine their search results.
Thumbnail Grid: The center of the layout showcases the search results as a visually appealing grid of thumbnail images. Each thumbnail is labeled by the design's title and includes essential tags.
Design Preview: Upon clicking on a thumbnail, the selected design is displayed in a preview window adjacent to the thumbnail grid. This preview offers a detailed view of the design along with contextual information.
Business Use Case Layout:
The business use case layout of the search functionality tab can emphasize customization options and advanced filtering. The layout comprises the following elements:
Search Bar: Similar to the personal layout, the search bar is situated at the top, featuring more advanced search options like Boolean operators for complex queries.
Customizable Filters: The left sidebar showcases a customizable set of filters based on the specific needs of the business. These filters can be modified to align with different categorization systems or tags specific to the business.
List and Thumbnail View: Users can switch between list and thumbnail views based on their preferences. List view presents a compact list of search results with essential information, while thumbnail view offers visual representation.
Detailed Design Information: The right panel provides an in-depth overview of the selected design, including metadata, comments, and any associated tasks or notes.
Both layouts prioritize user experience, allowing for customization and easy navigation. By incorporating intuitive search options, advanced filtering, and visually appealing design previews, the search functionality tab in the personal designs tab of artistly.ai software ensures that users can efficiently locate and utilize their desired designs, whether for personal or business purposes.
