I personally would encourage Paul to invest as much energy in eliciting honest user experience, as he has magnificently done in creating his upsell funnels.
It only takes one seriously specific negative review to begin the domino effect of undoing all those years of hard work.

Great idea if the Dashboard has the bandwidth/ memory capacity
All these can easily be bridged. We need enough interested customers for Paul to have a look and search into such a request. One can let those who bought any product have access to the platform for that specific product even though all of Paul's products will be entered into the platform for access. If you bought all products you will have entrance to all, but other than that one will have access to those products you specifically bought. Paul and his team at close will know how to create such a platform. A poll to get people's attention is a good starting point.
